Wouldn’t use anyone else I’ve used this taxi company on numerous occasions excellent service

Too few wheelchair accessible cabs. Edit: 4th September it was. There were none, I need one. That's likely the reason I haven't made bookings

Dishonest company, terrible service, and owner is a liar. Their website says that they charge £35 from Durham to Newcastle airport, but arriving at the airport the taxi driver charged me £42. I said that the website listed £35. The taxi driver responded rudely to me saying that I was wrong. He called the owner of the company who didn't do anything about it, he said that their prices had changed and had not updated the website. Yet, he didn't offer any compensation or apology. Terrible service and dishonesty people. DON'T BOOK WITH THEM. THE REPLY BELOW IS A LIE!!!

Took us to the airport, no problems. Booked up for the return journey and they didn't show up! Rang them and they promised to ring back in 2 minutes, they never did. When I tried to ring again my number was blocked!!!! DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

I used this company many times and they are always very punctual, polite and professional.

DO NOT BOOK. Seriously. I'm writing this review as I'm waiting here in the cold, outside of the airport. Guess whom didn't show? Yup. Airport Transfer Durham. After the 4th time of calling their website they directed me to a meeting point where the guy was supposed to be. Have I mentioned I gave them my phone number to call, in case they couldn't find me? Well, now I have. When I called them another 11 times they didn't pick up. I wonder why. Thank God I didn't pay in advance. To be fair, the pick up went fine. But, whom really wants to be kept waiting after 12 hours of flying? That's right. No one. So. Maybe use as a pick up (which would probably be more dramatic in case they don't show), or don't at all.

Precise, serious, and reliable. Just used this morning, moving from Durham to Newcastle Airport. The driver has arrived 15 minutes before the agreed time, so the journey has been fast and relaxing. 5 stars absolutely deserved
