The staff members Leanne and Leon went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The cafe was clean and everything was to a very professional standard. We will certainly be visiting again. Parking: There are plenty of motorcycle spaces.

I'd just like to say a big thanks to all the staff for making us so welcome especially a lady called Rae she's so friendly and we visit almost everyday she's a ray of sunshine well done 👏

Again very expensive and I would not even mind paying the prices. However, the customer service is mediocre at best. Also as ever the tables are sticky and the chairs and floors are covered in crumbs. I don't know how we came to accept these standards we can now only ever vote with our feet because if you ask someone to clean the table or chairs the looks you get are appalling.

Came for an afternoon coffee after Christmas shopping. I ordered 1xalmond milk mocha and 1x normal mocha. The normal mocha was made incorrectly. More like a cappuccino instead of mocha. Went back to get this corrected and Leanne stated it was a mocha as she watched the coffee being made. Both drinks were distinguishably different in colour and taste. Leanne then proceeded to mock me whilst making the correct coffee. Her attitude stinks, very poor customer service skills and very rude. First and last time I will visit this branch. The prices aren’t normal Costa prices either

Don’t go there. It’s the most expensive coffee maybe in the World. £3.25 for a regular flat white, with their standard coffee. All the signs in the shop have lower prices on as well, so you order something thinking it’s going to be one price but the actual price is more. The staff just say “oh the signs are wrong, we are a franchise..” it’s just pure profiteering from the franchisee. Also they don’t let you use your Costa points there. I had enough points for a free coffee, I bought 2 coffees but had to pay for both of them..you can’t use the points if your order is more expensive. Again “because they are a franchise” it shouldn’t be a Costa. Not going back.

Toasties and coffees were first time we've been to coasta since lockdown. We weren't sure what to expect. Difficult to know what rules about masks are from one venue to another so felt little uncomfortable when we were in buy coffees and food were still lush. Lovely spaced out and clean. Staff helpful kind.

I used to like coming here. I would come on a weekly basis these past months (as would my best friend) to pick up a coffee on our way to meet for a walk during lockdown. It was good coffee and nice service. Well, I won't be going there anymore, or any Costas for that matter. I realise you have a parking limit, and evidently it is signposted, but I am not sure I understand why as there is nothing around there and the car park is never full. I came and parked there to meet a friend for a catch up about some difficult family circumstances. While I hadn't expected to be more than 2 hours, our conversation and timing meant I left 17 minutes later than expected. Imagine the shock when I got a £100 fine in the post. This can't be for practical reasons (ie, a busy city centre location where they don't want people parking and not getting coffee) but simply to make money. As a result, I won't be going here again or to any other Costa. Hate writing such a negative post, but there you go.

Terrible! Sat inside and Tables not being sanitised in-between customers! If you were allowed to leave rubbish instead of clearing it away yourself something might be done about cleaning! Not safe! Floors where really dirty where we were from previous customers! Disgrace! Don't want to add a rating but have to so post goes through! Should be minus!

One of the best Costas I’ve ever visited, staff were lovely and kind! Food was fresh with a good selection in stock still. coffee/hot chocolate was hot and delicious. Very different compared to other costas we have been to, great team here and managing staff are amazing 👏🏻
