Ordered a MC plant and a lady named Donna SHOUTED “the grassmunchers are in”. Some people don’t eat meat due to having autoimmune diseases. So disgusting.
I asked her about this and she tried to justify it saying “oh no it’s the coach people walking across the drive through”. I was also on a coach. Either way comments about customers shouldn’t be done when the customer is right there.

Clean, quick and tasty.
Table service was nice and quick.
Customised food did not hold up the service.

Very very slow, even though drive through had about 3 cars and inside I was in a qué of 3. Lady out front was lovely but took way to long to be served our food of which we were missing the kids book and given a toy, also given chips instead of carrot sticks as clearly ordered. Main meal chips were practically cold to start with. Very disappointing

Without exaggeration, every order I’ve placed in the last 3 month has been incorrectly made. This is 4 or 5 in total, from incorrect food to out of date labels being removed. Would advise anyone to avoid.

As you'd expect from this giant. Service was a little slow considering we were just after 2 coffees and fries, but staff were fine. Not really a spot you would attend based on atmosphere, but it was aaceptable
Parking: Free up to 2 hours. The hotel guests on site must pay for parking after 2 hours. Ok if its just a quick stop.
Kid-friendliness: Kids meals on offer and generally aimed at making kids feel comfortable.
Wheelchair accessibility: Doors to main building were not automatic and could be slightly problematic for someone with limited mobility. Otherwise it's on level ground and accessible

Very busy, long queue to get food inside and long wait once ordered. Has a drive through as well. Food was warm and tasty. Decent quality for the price. Staff friendly and helpful. Has some tables inside but also has tables and seating outside near car park.

Still need some work done, McDonald’s is getting better. Decided to stop here for a break as we headed home from a visit to Scotland. What a mistake!
First stop the toilets - 1 cubicle filthy, 1 without a toilet seat and two remaining were locked (with water running out the door).
The main hallway was crowded so as the women in my party had not dissimilar comments about the standards in the ladies, we jumped in the car and headed off in the hope of giving our business to one of the other services further south.
The whole area around this junction is being redeveloped and if my experience today is typical, one can only hope the service area will be flattened and rebuilt as it is beyond redemption in my opinion.
I often wonder how many motorway accidents occur through drivers wanting to bypass Britain's pathetic service areas?
